Tubbyphunk is a multi format, multiple disciplinary graphic arts and sound studio, web magazine and kings of events of a very cool nature... We are currently in the process of something very exciting in the form of Braziliant! (see below) planning the urban takeover and creating some seriously hot work for your eyes and ears.. The website will shortly be getting a Richard & Judy style makeover with new content,aesthetics and some ace new features as well as the eagerly anticipated Tubbyphunk podcast. We are still looking for new DJ's to join our ever growing family of friends so wherever your from get in touch, send us a mix, let us showcase your skills (anything cool welcome) we have a gallery for all you arty types (Photo, ill-ustration, graphic design, etc)...
We are proud to be based in the industrial North of the UK, where real men make chemicals, and the women do too... our sound is diverse mellow, hard, rough, funky... but always FRESH, never past its sell by date...

It's being organised by Middlesbrough’s Tubbyphunk Soundsystem who will be taking their funk, hip hop and drum 'n' bass beats to the Dickens Inn. The first one takes place on Friday 17th November. Entry is just £3 (£2 NUS) and it’s open late
