The Sound & Vision networking event aims to encourage filmmakers and musicians in the region to work together...
It's the perfect opportunity for both groups to discuss their work and fire their creative ideas off each other. The organisers are hoping that this could be the event where filmmakers find the right musician, DJ or composer to score their next project or where musicians could find the ideal filmmaker to shoot their next promo video. Northern Film & Media, regional screen agency for the North East, and Generator, the music development agency for the North, are working to bring the two creative worlds together. The evening will be introduced by Tom Harvey, Chief Executive of Northern Film & Media and Jim Maudsley, Chief Executive of Generator.
