Disney's Karen deJong was special guest at a DigitalCity hosted Animex event taking place at Saltburn Community Theatre on Monday 5th February...
The Assistant Art Director who has worked in various positions at Walt Disney since 1997, also has many film credits to her name, including Batman & Robin, Lord of The Rings and Gone in 60 Seconds. Karen talked about her work in the film and animation industries during an event which showcased material from the Animex Awards and animation work created by community groups based in East Cleveland. The event also featured a 'Best of DigitalCity' reel which will include some of the internationally renowned work created by the University of Teesside based project. Saltburn Community Theatre is situated on Albion Terrace, Saltburn. |
