Interested in telling stories on camera? Or do you just want to improve your next holiday video? This 5-week course, led by Lucy Jolly, will introduce you to the art of documentary filmmaking. You’ll gain hands-on experience of camera and editing techniques and how to develop your ideas. You’ll also learn about the history of documentary and the strong tradition of factual production in the North East.
£80 (full price), £70 (discounts).

Courses will take place at Tyneside Cinema at the Old Town Hall, West Street, Gateshead or Newcastle City Learning Centre.
